We're on Collins Street in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, easy to reach on foot from the free tram zone. There's no separate phone line — email and the booking form are the fastest way in, and the desk handles the rest when you arrive.

Overnight blocks run by arrangement at the desk. Walk-ins are welcome whenever seats are free — but a booking is the only way to be sure a station is waiting for you.
